Normally we get undersold by cheaper options for records online, and it can be a problem, so Record Store Day does a lot to help out independent retailers. 'We don't do any sales online, we have a Facebook page but we just use it to show off what's on offer in store. But one good thing about it is that it reminds people that we're still here, and that they would rather go out of their way and support an independent shop over a chain or shopping online. 'It's definitely the busiest day of the year for us, busier than Christmas, but one day does not cover us for the whole year. People are always in good spirits and don't mind camping outside if it means that they can get a rare record they're desperate to get their hands on.
